1. General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, I will notify you and update you with an estimated delivery date. At that time, should you wish to cancel the order, you may. A full refund will be given in this instance.
Generally, all mosaic kit stocks will be kept updated regularly, and all individual mosaic wall artworks will show if they are in stock and ready to be shipped, or “On backorder” which means that this item will be made for you, and this will take between 7 – 10 working days. I will notify you of the order progress and update you with an estimated delivery date.
2. Delivery Location
All products on sale on my website are available for worldwide delivery. Delivery costs apply and these are calculated in the checkout.
3. Delivery Time
Orders of items in stock are processed within 2-4 business days. Orders of items on backorder are processed within 7- 10 working days. All orders are shipped using third party carriers and delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. I will confirm by email when an order has left and is in the hands of the carrier.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, I make every effort to fulfill your order (include shipping) within 21 business days of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note I do not ship on Sundays or Mondays.
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.
5. Damaged Items in Transport
If there is any damage to the item on delivery, take a photo of the damaged box and contents, and contact me immediately at email@example.com.
